By using GulBazar, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of Pakistan. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the platform.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Please provide accurate name, contact, and delivery details so we can fulfil orders correctly.

Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and may change without notice. We accept Cash on Delivery, JazzCash, Easypaisa, and major cards. An order is confirmed once payment is verified or, for COD, once the seller accepts it. Delivery fees and estimated timelines are shown at checkout.

Products on GulBazar are listed and fulfilled by independent verified nursery sellers. GulBazar acts as the marketplace connecting buyers and sellers; sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings and the condition of the plants they ship. Sellers additionally agree to the Seller Agreement.

Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees, and can vary with weather and distance from Pattoki. Risk of loss or damage passes to you once a delivery is marked complete, subject to our Refund Policy.

Because plants are perishable, returns and replacements follow the process described in our Refund Policy.

• Listing or requesting endangered or protected wild flora.
• Circumventing the platform to transact directly and avoid marketplace protections.
• Uploading false, misleading, or infringing content.
• Any activity that disrupts, damages, or attempts unauthorized access to GulBazar systems.

The GulBazar name, logo, and site design are owned by GulBazar. Product photos and descriptions remain the property of the seller who submitted them, and may not be reused without permission.

GulBazar facilitates transactions between buyers and sellers and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

We may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use of GulBazar after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
