Account information: name, email address, phone number, delivery addresses, and password (stored securely and never in plain text) when you create a GulBazar account.
Order information: items purchased, delivery city, payment method (COD, JazzCash, Easypaisa, or card), and order history.
Seller information: store name, CNIC, bank/wallet details, and product listings, for sellers who register a nursery storefront.
Usage data: pages visited, device and browser type, and approximate location, collected automatically to keep the site secure and improve performance.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To process and deliver your orders, and to keep you updated on their status.
- To connect buyers with the correct nursery seller for fulfillment and support.
- To process payments and payouts through our payment partners.
- To respond to support requests submitted via the Contact page or WhatsApp.
- To send order updates and, where you've opted in, plant care tips and offers.
- To detect fraud, enforce our Terms of Service, and comply with legal obligations.
3. Who We Share It With
We share order details with the relevant nursery seller so they can pack and dispatch your plants, and with delivery partners to complete shipping. Payments are processed by JazzCash, Easypaisa, or our card processor directly — GulBazar does not store your full card or wallet credentials. We use Google Firebase for authentication, database, and hosting infrastructure. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
4. Cookies & Tracking
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember items in your cart. We may use analytics tools to understand how visitors use the site, which helps us fix bugs and improve the shopping experience.
5. Data Security
We use industry-standard safeguards — including encrypted connections and access-controlled databases — to protect your information. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so we encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your GulBazar account.
6. Your Rights & Choices
You can review and update your account details from My Account at any time. To request deletion of your account or data, or if you have any privacy concern, reach out via our Contact page.
7. Children's Privacy
GulBazar is intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
